About a week ago, I made this dish and since I found the presentation quite attractive, I decided to take a picture of it.

Pear, braised in white wine, baked with Gorgonzola cheese, served with “cerise de terre” and edible orchid flower. The sauce has been made of white wine reduction, pear juice, maple syrup, butter and a little bit of lime juice. Bon appetit!
