If you are ever in Toulouse, do exactly as I say: Buy a ticket to “Cordes Vindrac”. Get off the train in the middle of nowhere! (I mean literally middle-of-nowhere, where there exists only one train station!). Then from a public phone call Mr. Barrois. Around ten minutes later, a chubby bearded man with an old car will come and pick you up (you should call him in advance and make a reservation). He will charge you five euros and take you to a medieval town on top of a mountain called Cordes-sur-ciel. Believe me, it is worth the hassle, big time!

By the way, many thanks to Meziane who put the idea in my head.
