This mammoth building was being constructed right in front of my previous residence in Toronto, hence the source of many unpleasant noises at night and early in the morning! Although Shangri-la is supposed to be extremely luxurious, I can’t take it seriously, after that episode of “Frasier” in which Niles was forced to live miserably in the Shangri-la. I guess he ruined it for me, forever
