Lyon was one of the first cities that adopted the brilliant idea of public bicycle sharing program, in its modern format. In Canada, Montreal has adopted the idea, with the added benefit of comprehensive designated bicycle lanes, that cover a significant part of the city.
The same plan is badly needed in Toronto, but unfortunately, here the urban development only means “More Condo, please!”
