Although I’m not a fan of tripe, in any shape or form, I’m officially in love with Cafe Prague‘s tripe soup! I was enjoying this tasty and dangerously hearty meal with a glass of Riesling, in an exceptionally beautiful day in Toronto, about a week ago.
